IX Web Hosting offers both Unix/Linux- and Windows-based hosting, with three different plans: Expert, Business Plus and Unlimited Pro.
All three plans come with unlimited disk space, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited number of domains per account and unlimited sub-domains. They all include WebMail, email forwarding, mailbox aliases, autoresponders, mailing lists, cgi-bin, phpMyAdmin, phpPgAdmin, shared SSL and scripts for Weblogs, message forums, photo galleries, online shops, live chat, Web portals and content management. All three also support PHP 5, Perl, cgi, Javascript/DHTML, Server Side Includes, .htaccess (Unix/Linux plans only), FrontPage 2000/2002 extensions, Flash, Shockwave, MIDI files, streaming audio, streaming video, RealAudio and RealVideo.
All three plans also include international domain name support, site statistics, control panel, FTP access, anonymous FTP accounts, site design templates, file manager, online Web editor, custom MIME types, custom cron jobs (Unix/Linux only), custom error pages, custom throttle policy for site traffic regulation (Unix/Linux only) and custom server aliases. All come with credits for Google AdWords and Yahoo! search marketing.
The Expert package includes one free domain registration, one dedicated IP address and up to 2,500 email accounts with a mailbox quota of one gigabyte. It also features up to 50 MySQL and PostgreSQL databases (up to a total of one gigabyte)
The Business Plus plan features two free domain registrations, up to eight dedicated IP addresses and up to 5,000 email accounts with a mailbox quota of five gigabytes. Also included are up to 100 MySQL and PostgreSQL databases (up to a total of five gigabytes), along with support for cgi with FastCGI support, ASP/ASP.NET v.2.0 and Cold Fusion v.7 MX (all Windows plans only).
With the Unlimited Pro package, customers get three free domain registrations, 16 dedicated IP addresses, unlimited email accounts with a mailbox quota of 10 gigabytes and unlimited MySQL and PostgreSQL databases (up to a total of 10 gigabytes).
IX Web Hosting offers 24/7 customer service via phone, live chat and support ticketing. It also features an online user manual, FAQs and video tutorials.
All of IX Web Hosting's plans are available on a three-month, six-month, one-year and two-year basis.
Other IX Web Hosting services include an affiliate program, and add-ons for spam protection, professional site design, SSL certificates, merchant accounts and live chat.

I have had a few encounters with the helpdesk regarding technical issues I faced setting up websites/ content management systems and even moving my account to new servers. I am really happy with the response from your helpdesk.
They spent as much time on my case as required to ensure that my site was up and running before they let me go. I should quote the recent encounter with your technical specialist, Alex, who took the time and patiently guided me through the issues I was facing. He eventually let me go after I assured him that my site was working as required.
I have been a customer at many hosting companies before this and I have never been satisfied with the help I received.
